This session will focus on Ethical Guidelines in Employment First Rehabilitation and the importance of adhering to these comprehensive set of standards and ethical guidelines.

The overarching values that will be woven through the sessions are:

  1. that everyone has employable strengths and can work in competitive employment given the right exact amount of required support and in jobs well-matched and sometimes customized to their interests and abilities, and
  2. that all targeted services and supports should be strengths-based and identify what people can do and not what they cannot do.
