Pre-Recorded Webinar: Customized Employment has been defined in law for almost 20 years, and Discovery is the first step in the CE process. It’s individualized, it focuses on matching what someone has to offer by identifying interests, preferences, skills and the contributions they bring with the needs of an employer. It highlights the strengths, needs and interests of a job seeker – and needs include conditions of employment.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to

  1. Recognize components of customized employment.
  2. Identify customer challenges in which this strategy will be beneficial.
  3. Understand the basic elements of the Discovery process.
