Pre-recorded webinar: The primary values of any organization serves as the foundation for its code of ethics. In this presentation, Dr. Linda Holloway will focus our attention on our own personal values and how these values impact the application of the code of ethics. After defining the differences between values and ethics, she will guide us through a discussion of how those values interact with our application of our codes of ethics and answer such questions as: What’s the difference between values and ethics? How do our values impact our evaluation of ethical dilemmas?  How do we ensure that our consumer’s values are considered in decision-making? With over 30 years of experience in the field training rehabilitation professionals, Dr. Holloway will walk us through this process with humor and thoughtfulness.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the difference between values and ethics
  2. Articulate differences are personal values and consumers values
  3. Evaluate the impact of our personal values in decision making
