Full course description

Pre-Recorded Webinar: The digital age is more and more an expected part of our interactions both inside and outside the workplace. There are few direct directives from professional organizations regarding specific do’s and don’ts when it comes to online interactions. Thoughtful consideration is needed to determine your social media boundaries and what to do when boundaries are crossed.

This session will serve to assist the CRP in considering ethical guidelines surrounding social media use, how to develop a social media policy, avoiding social media pitfalls, and considerations for sailing the social sea with ease.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe ethical guidelines related to client confidentiality and privacy.
  2. Develop a personal social media policy.
  3. Identify ways social media use can be leveraged for the good of the coach, customer, and the employer.
