Pre-Recorded Webinar: When people are out of a job, their thoughts turn to what they have lost.  Paychecks are the obvious first thought.  Then there is the loss of self-worth, of having identified themselves with the job they were doing.  Answers to introductions such as “Oh, I’m a teacher”, or “I’m an accountant” are no longer valid.  With that, panic can set in.

The result of this panic is to send resumes to get a job. As time passes however, we start to wonder if we really will find that job, that sense of self, that sense of control.

I have developed a system of approaching the job search plan with re-establishing control – not once the job is acquired, but during the job search itself.  Using Powerpoint to demonstrate a four-step approach, coaches will see how transform a job seeker into an employer’s solution.
