Pre-Recorded Webinar: An overview of the Vision of WIOA for customer service, it’s provisions for the implementation of a collaborative service system, and what this means for people with disabilities. This session addresses the act’s vision for customer service by a collaborative system through American Job Centers, and the provisions for governance and roles of programs that are a part of the system.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to

  1. Recognize the vision of customer service in WIOA, as provided through guidance.
  2. Understand roles of participating programs and entities established to provide “governance” in implementation.
  3. Recognize opportunities and strategies to enhance “collective impact” of the full system of programs on a community and with people with disabilities.
