The Texas Workforce Solutions - Vocational Rehabilitative Services (TWS-VRS) requires Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) Providers of employment services, to complete training as part of the TWS-VRS credential process appropriate to the services they deliver.

This is a required course for Job Skills Trainers who provide services for TWS-VRS referrals. This course has readings and end of  unit quizzes that must be completed prior to taking the final test.

The Job Skills Training Course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to effectively assist TWS-VRS referred customers in the employment process. This course will provide information on:

• The Employment Process
• Knowing Your Customer
• The Job Skills Trainer
• Communication
• Workplace Behavior
• Training Techniques
• Extended Services & Ongoing Supports
• The Employment Services Credential

This is a self-paced course, however, you must complete the unit reviews with a 75% or above to move to the next unit. You must complete all unit reviews before the Final Test will open. You must complete the Final Test with a score of 75% or above to successfully complete the course.
